Information and help desks:
The airport information desk is situated in the Millennium Link (tel: 0121 767 7798/9) and British Airways has a customer service desk at the Eurohub Terminal (tel: 0121 767 7502/03/04). Information for passengers with special needs is available and a MINICOM system is installed at the information desk (MINICOM tel: 0121 782 0158).
Airport Facilities:
Extensive shopping, cafés and fast food outlets include Burger King, Caffe Ritazza, Delice de France, Thorntons, Salisbury's, Claire's Accessories, Sock Shop, WH Smith, Impulse, Spar, Boots, The Body Shop and Dixons. Bureaux de change are available in the main and Eurohub Terminals and ATMs are available on the ground floor of the main Terminal. Cash and credit card telephones are available throughout both Terminals and a left luggage facility, which also offers key holding and baggage delivery services, is available in the main Terminal on the first floor, open (1st April-31st Oct) 24 hours and (1st Nov-31st Mar) 0500-2100. Assistance with baggage and checking-in is available by contacting the airport information desk prior to arrival.
