Information and help desks:
Information booths are located on the airport's Departures level (tel: 403 735 1449) and Arrivals level (tel: 403 735 1372); in the summer months a tourism service is also available. Over 25 computer Terminals, located throughout the airport, comprise an interactive visual information system (ePort) providing email, fax and internet services as well as direct telephone connections to hotels and transportation companies and some Calgary tourist attractions. Volunteers in white stetsons and red vests are available to assist travelers.
Airport Facilities:
Airport facilities include ATMs, currency exchange, mobile phone rental, kids play area, a post office, fax and photocopying, travel insurance, baggage storage, massage and medical clinics, a chapel, pet exercise area and smoking lounges.
