Airport Information desks are located in Terminal 1, hall B, at the Arrivals and Departures counters, and in Terminal 2 level 2, halls D and E (central area), next to Arrivals.
Numerous banks, bureaux de change and cash dispensers are available in both Terminals and in the Frankfurt Airport Center (FAC1). The airport facilities (mostly located in Terminal 1) include post offices, pharmacies, a medical clinic and dentist, and a vast number of shops, restaurants and bars. 3C Communications provide 24 hour credit card phones and faxes, plus internet access. Both Terminals have an Airport Gallery featuring exhibitions on aviation, travel and art.
The airport conference center (tel: 69 690 70501) in FAC1 offers 28 conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, internet access, secretarial services, interpreters and office supplies. There are also meeting rooms for hire in Terminal 2. Many of the major airlines have executive lounges and the airport's ECC Lounge, located beneath the Sky Line station at Terminal 1, is open to all passengers for a fee.
