Airport Welcome Centers are located in Terminal A (tel: 860 627 3590) and Terminal B (tel: 860 627 3940). Visitor information booths are located in both Terminals.
Facilities include restaurants, snack bars, cocktail lounges, gift and news shops, internet kiosks, a duty-free shop and State Tourism Welcome Centers.
The airport is fully physically accessible. Eight TDD/TTY phones for the speech and hearing impaired are located throughout the airport in the lobby, two concourses, and bag claim area of Terminal B, as well as in the IAB concourse area.
A business center is available by the entrance to the Sheraton Hotel between Terminals A and B (tel: 860 623 5381). Facilities include a photocopier, fax machine, computer workstations, Federal Express, Express Mail and UPS pick-up boxes as well as overhead and slide projectors. The equipment can be used on-site or projects can be dropped off for completion by staff.
