Information desks are available in each of the Terminals.
These include bureaux de change, ATMs, airport information, hotel reservation and travel information desks, car hire, post offices in Terminals 2 and 4, fax machines, a prescription pharmacy in Terminal 1, shops, duty-free outlets, restaurants, cafés and bars, and a London Tourist Board center in the underground station.
Information for passengers with disabilities or special needs is available from Heathrow Travel-Care either at counters or by phone (tel: 020 8745 7495), or from Tripscope (tel: 020 8580 7021). Detailed access information is also available on the airport website. Telephones are accessible to wheelchair users and there are text phones for hearing-impaired travelers.
Business facilities: wall-mounted credit-card-paid fax machines are available throughout the airport. The business center in the Queen's Building (tel: 020 8759 2434) offers 20 meeting rooms, a conference suite, online computers, faxes, photocopiers, videoconferencing and audiovisual equipment.
