Airport and tourist information is available from uniformed bilingual Special Service Representatives (SSRs) at various locations throughout the Terminal. There is also a TDD information service (tel: 713 641 7782).
Facilities include ATMs, currency exchange, business services, airport information, a hotel reservation desk, car hire services, shops, restaurants and bars.
Access for disabled people is good throughout the airport apart from in the meeting room.
The airport offers a meeting room which can be booked through a Special Service Representative (see Information and Help Desks). It is not accessible to disabled people, and will not be available during the second half of 2000 due to a construction program.
