Information and help desks The Airport Information Desk (tel: 01224 722331) is in the check-in area on the ground floor of the Terminal building. Opening hours are between 06.00 hours and 22.00 hours daily.
Car Parking There are two car parks at the airport. The main car park which is situated in front of the terminal building is available for both long and short term parking. The other car park is situated adjacent to the Bristow heliport and is primarily for use by heliport passengers. There is a large car park in front of the terminal building for short and long stay parking. You can drop off passengers outside the terminal building , but if you want to visit the terminal building you should use the car park.
Driving Directions The access road to the airport is sign posted from the A96 Aberdeen to Inverness road. The airport is 7 miles North West of the Aberdeen city center on the A947 at Dyce.
