Information and help desks The central airport information booth is located in Terminal C departures; there are smaller booths throughout all departure areas. Airport Facilities Banks and foreign currency exchange counters are located in the Arrivals and Departures areas of concourses A and C. ATMs are in Arrivals C and all Departures areas.
Car Parking There are numerous car parks available with direct access to the Terminals, but reservations for long-term parking are limited to the security-monitored spaces located in parking structure 3 (tel: 211 384 2735; fax: 211 421 6640). There is a shuttle bus from parking structure 4 to the Terminals. Drivers displaying disability ID can park anywhere for free (shuttle buses have low wheelbases), but are recommended to use lot 14 or structure 2 or 3.
