Information and help desks There is a Passenger Assistance Centre and tourist information desk in the main Terminal, level 3 (Arrivals), a Travellers Service Centre for VIP guests and more detailed assistance in the same place, and information desks throughout the airport. Information touch-screen systems are located in both Arrivals and Departures areas.
Airport Facilities There are two full service banks, a bureau de change in satellite A (passenger level) and ATMs located in the main Terminal, Departures level 5.
Car Parking There is an indoor short-term car park with disabled spaces on level 2, close to the link-bridges connecting the car park to the main Terminal, and an outdoor long-term car park (temporarily closed). A courtesy shuttle bus service operates to and from the airport Terminal, stopping at Arrivals and Departures at regular intervals (this service has been stopped whilst the long-term car park is closed).
